Assignment Details

Our Client -India's premier end to end home interiors platform is looking to engage an expert for the following:

Roles and Responsibilities-
1. Collaborate with architects and interior designers to finalize initial designs. Ensure design concepts align with budget and client requirements.
2. Develop and manage budgets for procurement activities. Ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.
3. Inspect and evaluate materials and products to ensure they meet specified standards and are free from defects.
4. Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of materials and fittings to the construction site or storage facility.

Skills Required

Additional Requirements-
1. Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and fittings and ensure compatibility with design specifications.
2.Capability to coordinate procurement activities within project timelines and budgets, while adhering to quality standards and client expectations.
3. Skill in managing relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and cost-effectiveness.
