Our client, a leading global FMCG organisation, wants to engage with a Consultant: Content & Capability Specialist.
Key Deliverables:
- Preference: agency experience of working in leading e-commerce organisations such as Myntra, amazon, snapdeal etc;
- Please note that the client needs the content specialist to guide graphic designers and motion graphic designers and not a specialist to design things himself/herself;
- Creating, evaluating, updating and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey.
- Raising the Ceiling on Content
- Working with brand teams to devise and develop their e-commerce content strategies
-Give inputs to finetune intent-based content that drives bottom-of-the-funnel tasks while ensuring on-time delivery of the same
- Identify the elements that enable conversion and clicks on content on various platforms and properties. Hence, pre-test, and post-test existing content across categories. Improve platform discoverability by ensuring necessary content interventions across product listings
- Build Best in Class Creatives
- Work with the creative agency to build customer-specific lower funnel display ads across eCommerce platforms ensuring monthly OTIF delivery
- Study and identify new creative and display formats and experiment with them with different platforms
- Identify white spaces from a content & conversion perspective to improve platform brand performance.
Note:
- 1 year-long project
- Mumbai, onsite with a full time capacity.
2 to 3 years of agency experience of working in leading e-commerce organisations;
Experience in guiding graphic designers, motion graphic designers;
Creating, Evaluating, Updating, Reviewing content;
Prior Experience in a creative profile
Proficiency in MS excel, MS Powerpoint
Strong sense of design and aesthetics
Collaboration and strong stakeholder management skills are a must
