Assignment Details

Our client, a leading Indian Conglomerate, is looking to engage with a Content Development Consultant, who will play a pivotal role in creating engaging and effective learning materials for our organisation. You will be collaborating across teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and deliver high-quality learning content that aligns with our strategic objectives and enhances employee development.

Key Responsibilities :-
- Design and develop learning content across various formats (e.g., e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations).
- Ensure content is structured logically, engaging, and aligned with adult learning principles.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify learning gaps and training needs within the organisation.
- Update and revise existing training materials as needed based on feedback and changes in industry standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in L&D and recommend innovative solutions for content delivery.

Skills Required

- Proven experience in design and content development, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- Project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development.
