Roles and Responsibilities include :
1.Handling the marketing efforts across East, West and North India
2.Manage Channels such as All India Modern trade, CSD and e-commerce
3. Digital marketing lead for the category
4. Responsible for negotiating marketing contracts for a marketing campaign
5. Develop and execute brand management plans
6. Identify brand-building areas
7. Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
8. Help promote uniformity and consistency of brand
9. Coordinate objectives with marketing, creative, and advertising departments
- Strong media planning skills
- Data driven marketing and creating short form creative assets
- Network and stakeholder management
- P&L management and sales skills are an added plus
