We connect independent consultants and boutique talent firms with our clients. Flexing It offers a seamless journey for creating your account, please explore the step by step guide.
- Create a Detailed Profile
Create a profile showcasing your skills, experience, and accomplishments.
Please note: A complete, approved profile is required to apply for projects.
We recommend dedicating some time to building your Skill Profile that highlights your:
- Firm Profile: Showcase your firm's expertise broadly, describing your firm and talent profiles
- Skills: Explain the depth of your firm's skill & expertise
- Experience & Portfolio: Build your profile with previous experience and portfolio to showcase past assignments

- After submitting your profile, our team will review it for completeness and quality. You may receive an email requesting clarifications.

Once your profile is complete, you can access Flexing It's dashboard, which offers various consulting opportunities, from strategy and finance to IT, marketing, and more.
Projects vary in scope and duration and include a mix of on-site, remote and hybrid assignments, so there's something for everyone.
How to Apply:
- Search for Projects: You can easily search for relevant projects either through your dashboard or our live projects page.
- Matched Projects: Flexscore, our matching algorithm, suggests relevant projects based on your skills. Alerts are sent via email or appear on your dashboard.
- Shortlisting: If you are shortlisted, the engagement details vary by client, but our team supports you throughout the process.
Do review the project details carefully and confirm your availability.
- Contracting and Invoicing
Flexing It makes contracting & payroll easy for our freelancer community by actively liaising with our clients and companies with simple steps.
- Agree on Terms: Consultants and clients agree on the project scope, timeline, and payment terms.
- Invoicing: Depending on your payment terms, you can easily raise your invoice through our built-in system. Once submitted, it is sent to the client for prompt payment.
- Payments: After the client releases the payment, it is processed to you within 5 business days. For any unexpected delays, contact our team via info@flexingit.com for immediate redressal.
- Project Engagement
- During the Project: Stay connected with your point of contact for regular check-ins and timely payment processing. You can also always reach out if you have any issues or queries.
- Post-Project: After the project ends, a feedback process is triggered. Positive feedback increases your profile visibility and helps secure future projects.
Please note that during the project, Flexing It’s role is only to provide process management to ensure continued alignment and progress as per plan.
