The client had recently acquired a manufacturing asset in
India and was looking to successfully integrate it.
Looking to get a detailed local integration roadmap and
strategy designed and to have it implemented.

An ISB and IIT graduate and supply chain professional with
20 years+ experience across Pharma, FMCG, Chemicals and
Consulting. Experience of developing business processes
around supply planning, demand planning and inventory norms
across multiple projects while working for a Fortune 500
professional services company.
Timelines :
6 months project with onsite support in Delhi and full-time
capacity.
Deliverables/Output:
Designed a local integration roadmap with clearly defining
timelines, milestones and resources.
Successful execution of integration and deal value creation
plan, including strategic, operational and financial
initiatives | Identified areas of risk and defined response
strategy.
As a part of the PWD roadmap—identify the best-in-class
practices for inclusion, accessibility and infrastructure.
Consultant Profiles:
Disability Awareness Consultant and ex-Senior Editor for
Hindustan Times, with 28 years of experience.
Driven inclusion drives for corporates (Microsoft, Deloitte,
BNY Mellon) and educational institutions (PH University
Ludwigsburg in Germany, IIT Delhi, Christ University
Bangalore).
Timelines :
15 days a month of capacity, over 6 months (extended for
another 6 months).
Deliverables/Output:
Executed job analysis to add 300 PWDs to HUL's workforce.
Liased with global D&I team to upgrade current IT systems
with assesibility solutions.
Design the Performance Management for new Businesses across
Ecommerce.
